As a Cabin Leader, you are a vital member of our camp community. You will mentor and supervise a cabin group of campers, creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where young people can learn, grow, and build lifelong friendships. You will guide daily routines, lead outdoor adventures, and serve as a role model who embodies the YMCA-YWCA’s core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.

HOW you’ll create Moments that Matter:
You will mentor and supervise a cabin group, fostering belonging and positive group dynamics while serving as a strong role model. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities, ensure the physical and emotional safety of campers, and manage group dynamics with care and professionalism. You will also support camp-wide programming, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with co-leaders and staff to create a safe, seamless, and memorable camp experience.
