irnorth is seeking an experienced and passionate aviation professional to join our Flight Operations Training & Checking team as a Cabin Crew Training Supervisorbased in Darwin.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cabin Crew Trainer, In-Flight Trainer, Checker or Cabin Crew Leader who is ready to take the next step in their career. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining both safety and service training programs while helping shape the culture, standards and performance of our Cabin Crew team.
Working closely with operational leaders, you will play a key role in ensuring our Cabin Crew continue to deliver safe, compliant and exceptional customer experiences across the Airnorth network.
About the Role
Delivering recurrent and non-recurrent Cabin Crew training programs.
Developing and maintaining training materials, manuals and courseware.
Leading and supporting Cabin Crew Trainers and Check Cabin Crew.
Maintaining training records, systems and compliance documentation.
Conducting quality assurance activities to ensure training standards are maintained.
Supporting recruitment, performance management and employee development activities.
Providing coaching, mentoring and ongoing support to Cabin Crew employees.
Identifying opportunities to improve safety, service delivery and operational performance.
Promoting Airnorth's strong safety culture and commitment to Target Zero.
About You
Essential Experience & Skills
Previous experience as Cabin Crew, In-Flight Trainer, Checker or a similar aviation training role.
Experience within airline operations and customer service environments.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
Training, coaching, human factors or adult learning experience.
Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent organisational and planning abilities.
Experience developing procedures, training materials and operational documentation.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
The ability to motivate, coach and develop others.
Ability to obtain and maintain:
Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)
Operational cabin crew requirements (RSA, First Aid, Passport).
CASA Emergency Procedures Trainer and Assessor approval.
