Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world-class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community.

Provides hands-on technical support in the Technical Distribution Center (TDC), including imaging, staging, issuing, and lifecycle replacement of end-user devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile devices). Supports IT supply, inventory, and asset management functions in accordance with DLIFLC policies.

Position Requirements

Experience:

• Image and reimage laptops, desktops, and tablets for students, staff, and faculty (supporting lifecycle refresh of ~2,500 systems annually).
• Conduct hardware issuance, receiving, and warranty coordination (Return Material Authorization processing)
• Maintain IT asset inventory (over 10,000 devices), perform monthly inspections, and update online asset tracking systems
• Support warehousing, shipping, and receiving functions for DLIFLC equipment
• Respond to TDC service desk tickets, logging all requests in Ivanti within 15 minutes.
• Prepare and maintain paperwork for supply transactions, ensuring compliance with government property tracking standards.

Education:

• Educational requirements include BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience in Network Engineering or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
  

Certifications:

• Require anyone of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.

Pay Rate

Salary range considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
