Duties & Role:

Support management of Mobile Training Team by

  • Planning and coordination of C2FSS iterations with focus on Mobile Training Team and tailored training to ensure business continuity for the TOPFAS Section.
  • Liaise with instructors, LCSB, TecB, customers POC to ensure smooth course execution. Prepare iteration related documentations (Admin Instructor) and act as first POC for any issue related to the C2FS iterations.
  • Conduct survey to customer location to ensure training can be delivered in alignment with Academy quality standards.
  • Inform the management/technical teams about any potential issues that may affect training and provide advice for reasonable solutions.
  • Prepare the training environment, coordinating the preparation for trainings at customers' location and ensure the installation of the Mobile training kit if required.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure planning incorporates transport preparation and shipping times.
  • Be prepared to learn new capabilities/technologies introduced to bolster the mobile training technical solution.
  • Deputize for higher-grade staff, if required.
  • The incumbent may be required to perform a similar range of duties within the organisation at the same grade with or without there being any change to the contract.

Requirements

Skill, Knowledge & Experience:

  • The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, with the capacity to quickly identify issues and determine the most efficient resolution.

Solid Technical Experience:

  • Solid experience in hardware and software installation, operations, and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and operating systems like Windows, macOS, and Linux).
  • Basic knowledge of fundamental networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience in resolving network connectivity issues.
  • Experience providing technical support for audio-visual equipment.

Advanced Support Skills:

  • Ability to escalate relevant issues, coordinating with training and technical teams when necessary.
