Job Duties:

• Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems and equipment.
• Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
• Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
• Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' needs.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience, including troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair
• Ability to service, maintain, and repair residential heating and cooling systems
• Strong customer-facing skills with a focus on clear communication, professionalism, and homeowner education
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Accurate documentation of service calls, recommendations, and completed work using mobile or written tools

Physical Requirements:

• Physically able to work on HVAC units.
• Ability to work in settings with extreme cold or extreme heat, depending on time of year.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, or climbing ladders.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
