Job Summary

As a Technical Lead specializing in .net, azure devops, and C#, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the technical team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Your primary focus will be on utilizing .net and C# technologies, along with Azure DevOps practices, to develop and implement efficient software solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality software applications using .net and c# programming languages.
2. Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure cloud based solutions on the azure platform.
3. Implement and manage azure devops practices for continuous integration and deployment of software applications.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.
5. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform code reviews, and provide technical guidance to team members.
6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to .net, azure, and c#.

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in .net framework and c# programming language.
2. Strong experience in azure cloud services and azure devops.
3. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
4. Ability to lead and manage a technical team effectively.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail for identifying and resolving technical issues.

Other Requirements

1.Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred but not mandatory required.
