Last Mountain Co-op is hiring a C-Store Manager on a Full-Time permanent basis at our C-Store based in Raymore, SK.

What you’ll do:
Develop and promote a friendly and co-operative attitude in the workplace each day.
Responsible for the operation and administration of the gas bar and c-store functions.
Ensure the receiving and handling of merchandise meets organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
Help to achieve financial results and budget objectives in the areas of sales, margins, expenses, and profits.
Provide leadership in the areas of outstanding customer service, loss prevention and health & safety.
Contribute to a positive customer experience, ensuring products and service provided aligns with the expectations of external and internal customers.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Retail Store Operations and:
Have 4-6 years of retail experience, including at least 2 years of leadership experience. Previous Co-op and or Gas Bar/C-Store experience would be considered and asset.
Have a high school diploma (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Propane Dispenser Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
You are honest and trustworthy.
