As part of the global Tax team, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, and managing tax risks associated with our business activities the global Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning solutions business for residential and light commercial buildings from group company. The acquisition is part of Bosch Group’s Energy and Building Technology business sector. Based on group company’s headquarters in Tokyo, you will be:

- In your position as a National Tax Expert, you will bear primary responsibility for advising our Bosch Home Comfort business unit and its subsidiaries on issues related to national tax law in the areas of Direct/Indirect tax, as well as the resulting compliance requirements. You will coordinate and review the various tax requirements. In this role, you will act as the tax governance interface with the business in close collaboration.

- Defining global tax regulations for Direct/Indirect tax matters, including risk management guidelines for the Bosch Home Comfort business unit, falls under your responsibility.

- You actively support the business unit to implement the tax governance requirements and monitor the implementation.

- Furthermore, you will manage tax audits and conduct tax compliance trainings.

- You are part of our international tax expert team. You will be in constant close communication with your colleagues to assess issues and conceptually develop and refine standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Education: University degree in Business Administration or Economics with a focus on Taxation, Finance, and Controlling, law degree with focus on tax law or a comparable field of study.

- Qualification: Tax advisor examination is an advantage.

- Experience and Know-How: Many years of professional experience in national taxation, ideally in the tax department of a multinational corporation or at a tax consulting firm; expert knowledge, particularly in direct/indirect tax; knowledge of controlling.

- Personality: good communication skills; you are resilient, responsible, and a reliable team player; self-directed and structured working style

- Enthusiasm: You enjoy working in an international network. You work with team members in other countries.

- Languages: Languages: Fluent in Japanese and English, spoken and written. German language skills are an advantage.
