主要職責:
建議與制定和實施資料治理策略、政策、標準、流程和指南。
建議與建立並管理資料治理委員會，協調跨部門的資料治理活動。
定義和管理資料品質規則、指標和監控機制。
推動資料治理相關的培訓和意識提升活動。
管理資料治理工具和技術，例如資料目錄、資料品質工具和資料血緣追蹤工具。
執行資料治理政策和標準的稽核和合規性檢查。
識別和解決資料相關的風險和問題。
與業務部門和IT團隊合作，確保資料治理需求得到滿足。
研究和評估新的資料治理技術和最佳實務。
定期向管理層報告資料治理的進展和成果。
5年以上資料治理相關經驗。
深入理解資料治理原則、方法和最佳實務。
熟悉資料管理生命週期和相關技術，例如資料倉儲、資料湖、資料整合和資料品質管理。
具有良好的溝通、協調和人際交往能力。
具備專案管理和問題解決能力。
具有資料治理相關認證者佳 (例如：CDMP)。
