LSH Auto is looking for a motivated BYD Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team based at Westfield Shopping Centre, London. In this role, you will assist customers in exploring and purchasing BYD electric vehicles, providing expert advice and exceptional customer service. By joining LSH Auto, you'll be part of a company committed to innovation and environmentally friendly transportation solutions.

Salary: £35,500 plus uncapped bonuses and a company car.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and provide detailed information on BYD vehicles.
• Support the sales process from initial inquiry through to delivery and after-sales care.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, arrange test drives, and promote the benefits of BYD electric vehicles.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Keep abreast of the latest BYD product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable transport solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to convey technical details to customers in an understandable manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driving licence mandatory.
