Working Hours Shift-based, 8 working hours per day with a 60-minute break
Days Off 8-10 days per month, 115 days annually

Probation Period 3 months (No change in salary or benefits)
Expected Salary JPY 210,000 - 350,000 per month, determined based on experience, qualifications, and current compensation
