Job Description



You will lead the end‑to‑end process of developing and launching in‑house products (BVLGARI DOLCI), driving marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and coordination with internal and external partners.

This role also covers a wide range of responsibilities including negotiation and execution of department store pop‑up events, operational management, and sales analysis.

It is an ideal position for someone who wants to contribute to business growth from both product and commercial perspectives.

Department: Retail Team
Position: Assistant Manager or Assistant Manager Candidate
Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day + 60-minute break
Days Off: 8–10 days per month (115 days annually)
Regular Holidays: None
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Salary: JPY 350,000–600,000/month (determined based on experience and expectation)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of project management experience or 3+ years of account management/agency sales experience
  • Must be Japanese (Native or equivalent level)
  • Must possess valid work authorization to work in Japan

  • Experience in product marketing
  • Experience in corporate sales or pop‑up/event business development
