Profilo:
Il/la candidato/a sarà inserito/a all’interno dell’ufficio Retail Buying e sarà responsabile della gestione e dello sviluppo delle attività relative alla collezione uomo, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e alla massimizzazione delle performance di tutte le categorie merceologiche. Attraverso un approccio analitico e orientato al prodotto, la persona supporterà lo sviluppo della collezione e il posizionamento del brand sul mercato, collaborando costantemente con le boutique e con i team cross-funzionali.

Il profilo ideale possiede una laurea in discipline economiche o affini; una specializzazione in Fashion Management o Luxury Business Management sarà considerata un plus. Ha maturato un’esperienza consolidata di almeno 4-5 anni in ruoli analoghi nel settore moda/lusso, preferibilmente in contesti internazionali e strutturati. È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede inoltre un’ottima padronanza dei principali applicativi informatici, in particolare Excel; la conoscenza del sistema SAP sarà considerata un plus. Completano il profilo una forte sensibilità commerciale, eccellenti capacità analitiche, orientamento al problem solving e un approccio collaborativo nel lavoro con diversi stakeholder.
