Key Accountabilities:
Oversee programmaticand digital directstrategyandlead development of tactical recommendations
Provide leadershipto account team and manage day-to-day activities or direct reports, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration, ensuring team operations align with client goals and strategic vision
Drive growth ofjunior teammembersthrough regular 1:1 meetings and mentorship
Experiencewith DSP, SSP,digital direct publishers, ad servers,andadverificationpartners
Adoptand enforceestablishedteamoperationalstandards and best practices
Set and manage timelines to ensure prioritization ofteam deliverables
Guide and encourage cross-discipline trainings to ensure all team members are comfortable planning and executing both direct and programmatic campaigns
Qualifications
Bachelor’sdegreeor 7+years’ experiencewithin the programmatic and digital industry, including Paid Social and Search.
Strong experience withmanagement of a teamandleadinga highly successfulteam
Strong experience acrossall digital media channelsand ability to eloquently speak to each
Strong understanding of business concepts and clientobjectivestoidentifyexpansion opportunities
Consistent,exceptional project management
Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation,and analytical skills
