Flying Tiger Copenhagen is a Danish lifestyle retail chain that began in 1995 with a single store in Copenhagen, where every item was priced at 10 Danish kroner. The name "Tiger" plays on the Danish word "tier" (pronounced tee-uh), meaning ten kroner, which phonetically resembles the English word "tiger" . Over the past three decades, the brand has expanded to over 1,000 stores across 42 countries, with its largest markets in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Spain. Flying Tiger Copenhagen offers a wide array of products, primarily focusing on accessories and toys, all designed to bring a sense of fun and surprise to everyday life. The store layout is intentionally maze-like, encouraging customers to embark on a "treasure hunt" experience, with at least 300 new items introduced each month

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Buying & Inventory Coordinator to support purchasing, inventory management, replenishment, and product availability across our stores. This role works closely with Stores, Warehouse, Buying, Merchandising, and Operations to ensure inventory supports business and sales needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment across stores.
• Manage inventory transfers, allocations, and product availability.
• Create, maintain, and track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Analyze sales trends, inventory movement, and stock performance.
• Identify shortages, excess, and slow-moving inventory and recommend solutions.
• Prepare inventory reports and support forecasting and planning.
• Resolve inventory, shipment, and purchase order discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Stores, Warehouse, Buying, Merchandising, Planning, and Operations.
• Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, buying, replenishment, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and inventory planning skills.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $40,000–$46,000 annually
