Buying Channels Leader, Poznań

The Buying Channels Lead will be part of a 6-person Supplier Enablement team based in Poznań. The role is responsible for implementing Buying Channels Strategy and supporting procurement processes aimed at simplifying and improving the creation and monitoring of purchase orders.

What you’ll be doing

  • Implementation of the Buying Channels Strategy across Carlsberg
  • Monitoring of Buying Channels compliance and support in resolving non-compliant spend
  • Identification and implementation of improvements in purchasing processes
  • Support for the Indirect Centralization initiative
  • Coordination and further rollout of Guided Buying
  • Support and development of the P-card process
  • Implementation of improvements related to Tail Spend management

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • University Degree
  • English skills min. B2 (in writing and speaking)
  • Experience with IT tools (SAP S/4, SAP ARIBA Buying, SAP Business Network)
  • Analytical skills as well as solid communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivation and team work apprach
  • Experience in procurement, buying channels or process optimization
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional projects and working with multiple stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end procurement and purchasing processes
  • Experience in change management and rolling out adoption of new tools or processes
  • Ability to analyze data, monitor KPIs and implement compliance improvements
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on process simplification and efficiency
  • Ability to work on own initiative and lead topics end-to-end
  • Good stakeholder management skills, including questioning existing approaches when needed
