ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Product Developer, this role plays a key support function within the Buying team, managing purchase orders, shipment coordination and supplier communication across allocated product categories. This role requires strong administration capability, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Raise and maintain purchase orders within company systems
• Coordinate supplier communication regarding orders, shipping and approvals
• Track shipments and maintain accurate delivery timelines and reporting
• Review artwork, packaging and labelling requirements for product approvals
• Maintain accurate order documentation and shipping files
• Liaise with internal teams including Planning, Design and Photography
• Ensure all systems are updated accurately and delays are communicated promptly

• Strong administration and coordination experience
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and reporting
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• A proactive attitude with willingness to learn and improve processes
• Passion for homewares, colour and trends

Today, we continue to develop and create quality bedding and homewares from our head office in Hawthorn, guided by a love of art, pattern, and colour. Specialising in designer bed linen, bath towels, and decorator accessories, along with our famous Christmas and Easter ranges, it is our continuous goal to make life at home a pleasure.
