Job Scope:
Daily operation includes Purchase Orders management and resolving supply issue with suppliersNew Product Introduction (NPI) part management with suppliers from quote up to set up into SAP
Resolve supplier invoices discrepancy; Goods Receipts and Return To Vendor
Manage the material obsolescence and inventory management
Provide timely and accurate supply chain reports as and when requiredReview work methods for continuous improvementAny other purchasing tasks assigned from time to time
Competencies
Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word / PowerPoint
Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantageGood interpersonal, communication, negotiation and analytical skillsOrganised and able to work under minimal supervision
Requirement:
Diploma / Degree in any disciplineMin 2 years of relevant working experience
