About the Role
Are you an experienced Buyer with planning experience who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment? At NOV SPS in Kalundborg, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services that support our manufacturing and maintenance operations.
Working closely with Maintenance, Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams, you’ll be responsible for managing executing internal purchasing related activities, supporting planning processes, and building strong supplier relationships to help keep our operations running efficiently.

• Execute MRO internal purchasing activities and process purchase requisitions for manufacturing plant maintenance and other related acquisitions.
• Support demand planning activities to ensure the timely availability of materials and services.
• Support the processes to Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Follow up on purchasing activities to ensure compliance with NOV procurement policies and procedures.
• Utilize and support global supply agreements for parts and services.
• Create, monitor, and follow up on internal purchase requisitions in the ERP system.
• Ensure purchased products and services meet quality requirements and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
• Collaborate closely with Maintenance, Warehouse, Procurement, Accounting, Tax, and Finance teams to ensure an efficient flow of materials and information.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across procurement and planning processes.

Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Buyer within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting planning activities, such as demand planning, MRP, or production planning.
• Good understanding of technical, industrial, or manufacturing processes.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Fluency in English and Danish.

Preferred
• Experience with MRO procurement.
• Knowledge of supplier development and supplier performance management.
• Experience working in an international manufacturing environment.
