The Opportunity
We are looking for a Buyer Trainee to join our Shared Services Center in Tallinn. In this role, you will support day-to-day procurement operations by working with purchase orders, ensuring data accuracy, and helping keep order and invoice handling on track.


This is a paid summer internship and a great opportunity to gain practical experience in an international environment, learn how procurement work is handled in a global organization, and build a solid foundation for a future career in supply chain or logistics.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Working with purchase orders – entering and controlling data in the system
  • Controlling buying invoices and supporting invoice handling
  • Communicating with customers regarding their orders and related questions
  • Supporting the buyers in daily operational tasks
  • Living our core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business


Your Background

  • Experience or studies in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is an advantage
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Can-do mindset and willingness to act as a team player
  • Ability to engage and communicate with customers
  • Availability to commit to a summer internship
