How you will make contributions that matter...

• Investigates, reviews, and assigns work orders and preventative maintenance to maintenance and production personnel.
• Coordinates preventive maintenance and maintenance project downtime with appropriate production departments and staff.
• Create supply purchase orders, order supplies, receive supplies
• Maintain SAP/Ariba data.
• Updates maintenance technician records, work orders and equipment additions in SAP.
• Establishes approved supply sources which meet required specifications through research.
• Accurately reviews, approves, and converts electronic requisitions into purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Oversees instruction, implementation, and enforcement of policies as they relate to employees.
• Prepares purchase orders, bid requests, and required records on purchases, prices, and deliveries in SAP/Ariba
• Computes, tracks, and monitors total purchasing costs and cost savings.
• Approves supplier invoices and works with accounts payable to resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with inventory control through cycle counting, physical inventory, and maintaining system inventory records to ensure accurate and sufficient on-hand material quantities.

You are best suited for the role if you…

• One year certificate form college or technical school; or three years of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, CAD drawings
• SAP experience a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft programs

Salary Range: $26.04 - $26.54
