Job Description

Job Responsibilities
o Identify and select merchandise that aligns with our brand's aesthetic and customer base.

o Offline visit markets to evaluate and select suppliers to choose the best products

o Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and industry shifts.

o Monitor fashion trends and consumer preferences through various sources (fashion shows, social media, market research).

o Conduct analysis to forecast upcoming seasons’ collections, ensuring product selections align with market demand.

o Establish and maintain strong relationships with store owners, manufacturers, and designers.

o Provide input on the visual merchandising of stores and online platforms.

o Prepare and present regular reports on purchasing activity and sales performance.

o Provide insights and recommendations for improving buying strategies and product assortment.

o Assist vendors in completing SHEIN account registration, product photography, product listing, and sales, resolving any issues encountered during the process.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience as a Shoe Buyer or in a similar role within the fashion industry.

• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and market analysis.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to manage budgets, forecast trends, and work under tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Passion for fashion and an eye for identifying products that will appeal to the target market.

• Experience with e-commerce purchasing.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail.
