ENGIE Services Poland is looking for a Buyer to join our growing Procurement Team in Warsaw.
As part of the international ENGIE Group, a global leader in the energy transition, you will be responsible for procurement activities within Facility Management, technical building installations, and Indirect Spend categories.
π Location: Warsaw, Poland
π’ Work Model: Hybrid
π― Your Key Responsibilities
β Manage assigned procurement categories
β Lead end-to-end sourcing projects
β Conduct supplier market analyses and develop business recommendations
β Negotiate commercial terms and framework agreements
β Partner with internal stakeholders to define procurement needs
β Develop and implement category strategies
β Build and maintain supplier relationships while managing risks
β Monitor savings performance and procurement KPIs
β Ensure compliance with ENGIE procurement policies and procedures
π€ What We're Looking For
βοΈ Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Logistics, Management, or a related field
βοΈ Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in:
βοΈ Hands-on experience in:
βοΈ Strong spend analysis and cost optimization skills, including TCO evaluation
βοΈ Experience in category management and supplier relationship management
βοΈ Knowledge of Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
βοΈ Experience with supplier performance monitoring and corrective action plans
βοΈ Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems knowledge (SAP preferred)
βοΈ Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently
βοΈ Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
βοΈ Polish and English proficiency at B2 level or higher
