
Position Title: Buyer

Salary Range: RM3,500 – RM6,000
We are seeking a Buyer to support procurement activities for Oil & Gas project environments. The role involves managing sourcing, supplier coordination, and purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and evaluate supplier proposals
Source and engage with local and international vendors
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and commercial conditions
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order progress
Expedite deliveries to meet project timelines
Ensure compliance with project specifications and procurement procedures
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, project teams)
Maintain supplier performance and documentation records
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Fresh graduates with relevant internship OR 1–5 years procurement experience
Exposure to Oil & Gas / EPC / engineering environment is an advantage
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
Exposure to Oil & Gas project procurement
