Job Description

Responsibilities

• Manage the full purchasing process from sourcing and RFQ to negotiation, shipping, and delivery follow-up.
• Review and purchase materials, components, and equipment as directed by the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) system.
• Review material status and expedite deliveries with vendors to ensure the production schedule is met.
• Coordinate with planning and suppliers to ensure on-time material delivery for maximum customer satisfaction.
• Be responsible for inventory management, reviewing and executing pre-set stocking rules periodically.
• Liaise with logistics companies for shipment arrangement, status updates, and customs declaration.
• Manage suppliers to meet objectives concerning quality, delivery fulfillment, and inventory control.
• Process all purchasing documentation, including vendor setup and matching/submission of PO, DN, and invoices to Finance.
• Handle the return of RMA and NCT units to suppliers for resolution.
• Execute established plans to achieve cost reduction targets.
• Ensure the timely update and submission of weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements

• Diploma in supply chain management or relevant field
• 1-3 years of wroking experince in purchasing function
• Experience in bulk purchase, end to end purchasing activities will be an added advantage
