Based in North Sydney, our Support Office is a collaborative and high performing environment where teams partner closely with our venues to deliver exceptional experiences - and enjoy the journey along the way.

The role:
North Sydney | Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)

Every day, millions of guests visit our venues to play, compete and win. The prizes they take home are a huge part of that experience, and that's where you come in.
We're looking for a commercially savvy Buyer to join our team on a 12-month contract. You'll be responsible for sourcing the toys, collectibles, trending products and must-have prizes that keep our redemption stores exciting, relevant and irresistible.

What You'll Be Doing
• Building and managing exciting merchandise and prize ranges across our venues
• Sourcing the latest toys, collectibles and trending products guests will love
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure great products, competitive pricing and reliable supply
• Using sales and inventory data to identify opportunities and make smart commercial decisions
• Working with Marketing, Social Media and Operations teams to successfully launch and promote new products
• Keeping a close eye on market trends, emerging products and competitor activity
• Managing forecasting, replenishment, stock levels and product lifecycle planning
• Helping create engaging prize experiences that keep guests coming back for "just one more game"

What You'll Bring
• Experience in Buying, Merchandise Planning, Category Management or a similar commercial role
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to make buying decisions
• Exceptional supplier relationship and negotiation skills
• A commercial mindset with a focus on sales, margin and inventory performance
• Excellent organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across different teams
