Job Description

• Provide procurement operational support and guidance to internal stakeholders using Oracle Cloud Procurement.
• Review and validate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in accordance with procurement policies and service level commitments.
• Manage assigned requisition queues and ensure timely processing for automatic release of Purchase Orders within agreed cycle times.
• Collaborate with requesters, planning teams, suppliers, finance, and other cross-functional teams to address procurement-related requirements and concerns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, invoice, payment, and supplier-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of procurement data, including Purchase Orders, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), supplier records, and relevant system parameters.
• Monitor supplier commitments, order acknowledgments, pricing updates, and delivery schedules to support continuity of supply.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status, delivery commitments, and procurement-related concerns to ensure timely fulfillment of business requirements.
• Support supplier onboarding activities and maintain accurate supplier information within procurement systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve procurement processes, operational efficiency, and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, procedures, and audit requirements and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, materials planning, or related functions.
• Working knowledge of purchasing systems and procurement processes. Experience with Oracle Cloud Procurement or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Experience in semiconductor, electronics manufacturing or a related industry is an advantage.
