Position:

Buyer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer to join our Purchasing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing electronic components, including semiconductors, subassemblies and computer peripherals, while building strong relationships with suppliers and supporting smooth purchasing operations.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment, has strong communication skills, and is interested in developing their career in purchasing, supply chain, or the electronics industry.

What will you be doing?

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Searching for product availability and gathering supplier requirements.
• Preparing quotes, bids and purchase-related information for products.
• Negotiating pricing, delivery terms and other commercial conditions with suppliers.
• Working closely with logistics teams to arrange safe and cost-effective shipments.
• Completing purchasing documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Building, maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers and business partners.
• Identifying and qualifying new prospective suppliers through market research, online sourcing and direct contact.
• Monitoring market conditions, including supplier availability, pricing trends and competitive alternatives.
• Keeping internal systems and databases updated with accurate purchasing information.
• Cooperating with internal teams to support timely processing of sales and purchasing paperwork.

What are we looking for?

We would be happy to meet candidates who have:

• Previous experience in purchasing, sales, customer service, supply chain, or a similar business-related role.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Confidence in using internal systems, databases and online research tools.
• Interest in technology, electronics, IT hardware, semiconductors, or related markets.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and willingness to take initiative.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Additional foreign language skills would be an advantage.
