A. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
参与并发、选择、评估供应商； 参与供应商的业绩评估，跟进改善措施落实； 商务谈判和条款的确认（价格、付款周期、交货期…）； 协助运作部门解决所负责供方交付、质量问题； 物料和产品的成本结构分析，寻找和识别成本改善的机会，并组织和推动所负责物料成本下降项目的正常开展； 支持新产品的开发； 确保公司相关的新的规定及政策有效得到执行； 负责完成部门经理和主管安排的临时任务；
B. QUALIFICATIONS 任职条件

相关工作经验
5年以上工作经验，3年以上采购管理或供应链管理相关工作经验
Education background, Competencies required, Certificates, Training
教育背景,对专业能力及相关证书、培训的要求
教育背景：本科以上学历
专业能力：
1.具备HVAC行业知识，了解商品市场和HVAC行业的供应商（本地、区域性的和全球的）
2.具备价格成本分析的能力，能建立物料成本模型
3.具备CPSM, PMP 认证优先
Language/Computer/Working equipment/Software/Tool requirement
语言/电脑技能要求/工作设备/软件/工具要求
1.精通采购管理的工具、程序和采购流程
2.熟悉合同法的商务和财务知识，采购条款和条件
3.熟悉工程更改流程和产品开发流程
4.熟悉ISO和EHS的要求
5.流利的中英文说写能力
6.熟悉ERP系统
