Your role at Kanadevia Inovadirectly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond.

  • Issue and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) from suppliers, follow up on bids to ensure timely and compliant responses, and upload all relevant documentation to the document management system.
  • Enter new and amended purchase orders into the ERP system, create and maintain supplier records, and support invoicing processes with a fast turnaround on actions.
  • Conduct offer analysis by building comparative Excel sheets and support the team during negotiation preparation and strategy sessions.
  • Validate and maintain supplier information in the SUMO database and prepare standardised RFQ templates to ensure process consistency.
  • Collaborate across the SCM team on ad-hoc tasks and projects, proactively supporting team members across different locations and time zones.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of practical experience in a procurement or purchasing role, with a minimum of 2 years of total professional experience and a background in a Commercial Business School or equivalent.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and the full Microsoft Office suite; experience with eProcurement platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and drive tasks through to completion.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and suppliers across different cultures and nationalities.
  • Fluent English is required; proficiency in one or more additional languages is considered a plus.

Compensation

  • Basic wage component (gross): 1 600 EUR/month
  • This amount is our minimal offered salary. Compensation is determined based on your level, skills, experience and qualifications.
