Procurement Execution & Supplier Communication
Issue and manage purchase orders for mechanical , electrical, and fabricated parts per project BOMs
Monitor PO confirmations, track supplier delivery schedules, and update ERP system accordingly
Communicate proactively with suppliers to clarify order details, expedite deliveries, and resolve discrepancies
Follow-up on open orders and track delivery dates to support factory production needs
Project Support
Align procurement timelines with project milestones; escalate delays or material risks to the Purchasing Agent
Support BOM reviews and ensure accuracy of part numbers, lead times, and pricing in ERP systems
Assist in sourcing non-standard components when needed for low -complexity engineering changes
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Planners and Engineers to interpret part specifications and ensure supplier capability and capacity
Coordinate with Quality and Receiving teams to address non-conformances or delivery mismatches
Document & Compliance
Ensure documentation is properly maintained (Quotes, order confirmations, certs, etc.)
Comply with internal controls and SOPs related to procurement and vendor transactions
Work Environment & Requirements
Standard office environment with occasional supplier site visits
Up to 10% domestic and international travel may be required
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed organization with global stakeholders
