To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for an Operational Buyer to support our R&D activities in Poland

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing process of goods and services to support our engineering and development team based in Krakow. You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of materials for projects, maintaining strong supplier relationships, and securing timely delivery of high-quality products aligned with project timelines.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, especially R&D, you will ensure smooth procurement operations while contributing to continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Manages the day-to-day cooperation with a portfolio of international suppliers fulfilling the needs of both internal and external customers. Executes implementation of PL Strategy in alignment with relevant categoryteam
Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.
Overseessupplier performance (ontimedelivery, quality, lead time), andresolvesperformance issues.
Initiates supply orders in the system, confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors, and tracks supplier performance topurchaseorder requirements.
Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability, and price.
Conducts all Supply Chain activities for all goods and servicesin accordance withpolicies and procedures
Your Background:
Bachelor's degree
>2years of experience in the following areas: Supply Chain Management/Direct Procurement
Good knowledge of English (B2)
SAP knowledge isrequired
Good Excel knowledge would be a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
