What You’ll Do

• Manage the full purchasing cycle from purchase requisition validation to purchase order issuance and supplier follow-up
• Ensure suppliers commit to pricing, lead times, quantities, and delivery schedules while maintaining strong operational relationships
• Monitor open orders and proactively expedite critical materials to avoid shortages and production disruptions
• Escalate supply risks, delivery delays, and supplier performance issues quickly and in a structured way
• Maintain accurate ERP data to support operational planning, procurement visibility, and reporting activities
• Coordinate closely with production, engineering, and internal stakeholders to align procurement priorities and mitigation plans
• Taking full responsibility for assigned suppliers and procurement activities end-to-end.
• Support sourcing activities, supplier evaluations, RFQ and RFP processes, and commercial alignment initiatives
• Participate in supplier negotiations related to operational, commercial, and delivery performance
• Resolve operational procurement issues related to deliveries, invoices, and documentation
• Identify recurring supplier or process issues and contribute to corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the evolution of procurement processes, supplier performance management, and operational ways of working
• Balancing operational urgency with structured and disciplined execution.
• Ability to adapt priorities and react quickly in dynamic operational environments.

Requirements

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Experience managing suppliers and operational procurement activities in fast-paced environments
• Strong understanding of procurement workflows and ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• Good supplier management and negotiation capabilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent follow-up and execution discipline with strong attention to detail
• Clear and structured communication skills with both suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Comfortable working in dynamic industrial environments with changing priorities and operational urgency
• Ability to work autonomously while maintaining accountability and ownership
