Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Issue purchase orders to qualified suppliers based on operational requirements and supplier capabilities.

Set up and maintain high‑volume parts within the Kanban system to support efficient material flow.

Maintain accurate planning and supplier data, including lead times, safety stock levels, and ABCD classifications.
-
Ensure material availability to support manufacturing by responding to MRP action messages and placing purchase or subcontract orders as required.

Coordinate resolution of discrepant materials and manage certification requirements in line with internal policies and delivery commitments.

Partner with suppliers to address delivery challenges, cost changes, and quality concerns in a timely and constructive manner.

Monitor supplier performance, including lead times and on‑time delivery, and escalate risks as needed.

Support inventory control strategies based on ABC classification, with a focus on optimizing stock levels and improving delivery frequency.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Demonstrated experience in material planning, purchasing, or supply chain coordination within a manufacturing or operations environment.

Working knowledge of MRP or similar planning systems, or the ability to learn and apply these tools quickly.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

Comfort using standard business systems and digital tools to manage data and track performance.

A proactive, self‑directed approach with the ability to manage priorities and collaborate effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

Experience supporting material planning activities in a multinational or cross‑cultural manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with Kanban systems and inventory management practices.

Experience working with suppliers to improve delivery performance, quality, or cost outcomes.

Exposure to continuous improvement or lean supply chain initiatives.
