Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize Planning and Control systems and processes to deliver timely and accurate management accounts to support internal decision-making, with a focus on profitability, cash, working capital, cost reduction;
• Support Programming and quarterly Forecasts processes, providing relevant information to the management;
• Prepare data for management’s decision making process in preparing ad-hoc analysis. Uses data to advise management on decisions for performance improvements, risk or opportunities Management;
• Prepare data for the financial auditing and risk analysis ensuring a culture of compliance;
• Prepare a complete Reporting set analyzing variances between planned and actual on: Sales, Contribution Margins, Structure costs. Prepares variance explanations and commentaries;
• Give support to analyze results in the area of: investment, sourcing, cost reduction, commercial performances, etc;
• Being able to communicate with all areas of the enterprise including sales, marketing and accounting;
• Support an effective and advantageous relationship with Corporate, giving timely answers and proposing value added improvements.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in the role or similar of at least 5 years;
• Management experience: preferably in multinational context, with similar dimensions, managing similar activities;
• Languages: English and second Language;
• Highest Education Level: Finance/Economics Degree.
