Job Description

角色职责:

• 执行公司采购政策与流程，支持ç ”å‘ä¸­å¿ƒé‡‡è´­æ´»åŠ¨çš„åˆè§„ã€é«˜æ•ˆå¼€å±•ã€‚

• 评估并管理供应商（资质、能力、财务等），维护供应商信息于 ERP / 采购系统，并协助完成 E-sign、Ariba 注册认证。

• 负责采购订单的制定、执行与跟进，确保采购过程合规。

• 负责 ç ”å‘ä¸­å¿ƒ 相关进出口及清关工作。

• 协助 Sourcing 团队开展采购支持工作（如合同续签等），并负责采购数据的收集、整理与分析。

• 组织并实施采购系统操作培训，提供日常支持。

• Execute company procurement policies and procedures, supporting compliant and efficient procurement operations within Shanghai R&D center.

• Evaluate and manage suppliers, maintain supplier data in ERP / procurement systems, and support supplier registration and certification on E-sign and Ariba.

• Prepare, execute, and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring compliance throughout the procurement process.

• Handle import, export, and customs clearance activities related to Shanghai R&D center.

• Support the Sourcing team on procurement matters (e.g. contract renewals) and manage procurement data collection and analysis.

• Organize and deliver procurement system training and provide ongoing operational support.

最低要求:

• University degree or equivalent, with foundational theoretical knowledge in procurement, supply chain, business, or a related field.

• Less than 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing support roles.

• Basic understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and purchase order execution; familiarity with ERP systems, Ariba, and E-sign is a plus.

• Exposure to import/export or customs clearance processes is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in both English and Chinese.
