ROLE
• Create a collaborative environment between SICPA and suppliers through efficient Supplier Relationship Management (SRM)
• Conduct procurement data and market analyses, determine risks and opportunities
• Ensure a good understanding of internal customer’s needs
• Organize supplier bidding processes, RFI/RFPs & evaluate results
• Contribute to the decision-making process for the selection of suppliers with right capabilities and based on a TCO concept
• Lead negotiations and discussions with the suppliers
• Create, maintain and update the article database, Vendor Master Data and purchasing information in SAP
• Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in SAP ensuring on-time delivery
PROFILE
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a technical discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
• Good experience working with SAP (MM modules)
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
• Proven financial and business acumen and capabitilies in negotiation and stakeholder management
• Fluent in English, French or German is a plus
