About the role:

As a Buyer at TQL you’ll be working behind-the-scenes to keep our entire company functioning. You’ll be responsible for fulfilling requests of internal customers in a fast-paced environment including the creation and reconciliation of purchase orders all while delivering best in class customer service.

What you’ll be doing:

• Issue purchase orders in alignment with supplier agreements and/or approved purchases
• Serve as the main Purchasing point of contact for Satellite offices
• Maintain and monitor catalog of approved spend items
• Ensure availability of catalog and proactively identify alternatives when necessary
• Perform reconciliation of all purchase transactions, invoices, and approvals
• Maintain clear documentation and audit trail of procurement activities
• Assist Strategic Sourcing Specialists and Procurement Coordinators as necessary
• Support Facilities and Real-Estate Teams with office openings, moves, and expansions

What you need:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing, customer service, or inventory management
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to speak and collaborate with various levels of management
• Comfort working with data, Microsoft Excel, and financial systems
• Ability to work independently under time constraints in a positive and effective manner
