Day in the Life of a Buy and Bill Procurement Lead

  • Manage day-to-day program operations, responding to Buy & Bill needs in real time across assigned clinics

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program records, including training attendance logs, compliance documentation, spreadsheets, and supporting materials (e.g., REMS, ICS, DEA documentation)

  • Reinforce Risk Evaluation & Mitigation Strategies (REMS) requirements with providers and support staff at each center

  • Organize and facilitate weekly Buy & Bill meetings, ensuring alignment and communication across teams

  • Reinforce Medgen Buy & Bill workflows through ongoing training, education, and support for providers and clinic staff

  • Track incidents and monitors data quality, partnering with Buy & Bill, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and other teams to identify issues and implement solutions

Operational Execution

  • Lead new clinics through B&B implementation

  • Manage the B&B program for all clinics live in assigned regions

  • Identify and report process gaps to B&B Manager

  • Collaborate with operations routinely to problem solve

  • Run weekly Buy & Bill meetings across regions

  • Train providers and support staff on workflow, EMR processes, and compliance

  • Travel onsite when needed to support day-to-day operations

  • Supports procurement operations for the Buy & Bill Program as appropriate

  • Supports other responsibilities as needed by the Buy & Bill Manager

Location

  • This position will mainly be a remote role with a 10% chance of travel

Education and Licensure Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in medical office preferred

  • Experienced in medical office operations, EMR systems, and training providers and staff

  • Experience with Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, and Outlook

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Organized, calm under pressure, and great at juggling competing priorities

  • Able to troubleshoot and remain impartial

  • A self-starter with strong executive presence and attention to detail.
