Apt Resources is seeking a professional and experienced Butler to provide exceptional service for a VIP Private Family in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role requires a highly discreet and dedicated individual who can manage the household operations smoothly and efficiently while delivering personalized attention to the family's needs. The Butler will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of luxury service and ensuring the comfort of the family and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized service to the VIP family and their guests.
• Manage daily household operations including overseeing staff and coordinating schedules.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages following high standards of etiquette.
• Maintain impeccable presentation and organization of the household.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with event planning and execution as required.
• Maintain inventory and order household supplies.
• Coordinate transportation and travel arrangements for the family.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a VIP or high-net-worth household.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and discretion.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours as needed.
• Knowledge of luxury household management and service standards.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
