Job Title: Part Time Receptionist/Greeter
Department: Sales Department
Reports To: BDC MANAGER
Receives callers at the dealership, determines the nature of their business, and directs callers to their destination. Answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages, and provides basic information to all callers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Receptionist experience preferred but not required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Excellent telephone voice, clear diction and use of proper grammar required.
