Job Description

Aliée Istanbul, the flagship luxury lifestyle hotel within the breathtaking Tersane Istanbul, is seeking an elegant, service-driven, and detail-oriented “Butler” to deliver an exceptional and highly personalized guest experience.

This is more than a service role; it is the art of curating unforgettable moments. At Aliée, Butler service represents the highest expression of luxury hospitality, where anticipation, discretion, and personalization define every guest interaction.

As a “Butler”, you will embody the refined spirit of Aliée by creating seamless and memorable experiences throughout the guest journey. From personalized arrivals to bespoke services, you will ensure every detail reflects the sophistication and elegance of our brand.

  • Provide personalized service to VIP and long-stay guests throughout their stay
  • Coordinate seamless arrival and departure experiences
  • Anticipate guest preferences and respond proactively to all requests
  • Arrange dining reservations, transportation, special experiences, and bespoke requests
  • Ensure guest rooms and amenities are prepared according to individual preferences
  • Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B teams
  • Maintain the highest standards of discretion, professionalism, and luxury service

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Butler Service, Guest Relations, or Front Office within luxury hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and personalized guest experiences
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a dynamic environment
