About the role
As a Butler, you will be the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay, delivering a highly personalized and seamless experience. You will coordinate closely with all departments (Room Service, Housekeeping, Laundry/Valet, Concierge, Catering, Guest Services, Spa, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery.
By managing all guest interactions and preferences, you help minimize unnecessary disturbances and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
In addition, you are responsible for maintaining the Residence Villas to the highest standards in line with hotel procedures.
What you will do
Ensure the Residences operate smoothly and efficiently at all times
Build strong connections with Residential Guests, offering attentive and personalized butler service
Coordinate guest activities and requests effectively with all departments
Maintain Residence Villas to the highest cleanliness and quality standards
Deliver consistent morning, afternoon, and evening services
Ensure guests receive the appropriate level of attention without unnecessary disturbance
Follow all Butler-related policies and procedures (P&P)
Maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Comply with hotel standards of conduct, house rules, fire regulations, and departmental procedures
What you bring
One + years experience working in hotel industry or similar environment
