Barrière is seeking a Butler.

Located on the shores of Paraga Beach, Fouquet’s Mykonos is the Barrière Group’s first venture in Greece. Blending Cycladic art, Mediterranean horizons and French refinement, this exceptional retreat harmonizes with its natural surroundings to offer 61 suites, 3 private villas, panoramic terraces, and pools. Complete with a rock-carved spa, the ROKA restaurant, and direct beach access, it delivers an intimate yet spectacular Mediterranean experience.

As a Butler, reporting directly to the Room Service & Minibar Manager, you are the ultimate guardian of the guest experience and the face of our House's ultra-luxury standards. Moving far beyond traditional room service, you will orchestrate seamless, deeply personalized stays for our VIP guests from arrival to departure.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • The Ultimate Liaison act as the privileged, single point of contact for suite guests, seamlessly coordinating with the concierge, housekeeping, spa and culinary teams to bring any request to life.

  • Anticipatory Excellence read between the lines to identify, anticipate, and fulfill guest needs before they are even voiced—from organizing bespoke excursions to curating personalized room setups and packing/unpacking services.

  • Bespoke Dining Orchestration deliver flawless, high-end in-room dining experiences, skillfully managing everything from elite table presentation to taking precise orders and serving gourmet meals with absolute discretion.

  • Master of Logistics maintain meticulous oversight of suite environments, ensuring optimal minibar curation, seamless laundry management, and flawless coordination of VIP welcomes and departures.

  • Guardianship of Guest Profiles listen actively and capture guest preferences to update "Guest Files," ensuring our House builds lifelong loyalty and delivers a highly tailored, consistent experience.

  • Brand Ambassador embody the values, discretion, and prestige of Barrière at all times, handling any guest feedback with ultimate grace, diplomacy, and a resolution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality (5-star hotel or resort environment).

  • Language skills: fluent in English; knowledge of Greek is a significant asset.

  • Interpersonal skills: exceptional communication skills, absolute discretion, and a natural emotional intelligence to read guest preferences.

  • Organization: highly rigorous, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking calmly under pressure.

  • Presentation: flawless grooming and posture, embodying the elegant and prestigious image of Barrière.

Additional Information

Compensation: 2000€ - 2500€ monthly

Contract Duration: Immediate Start – October 15th
