Din oppgave som butikksjef er å lede og coache teamet i egen butikk, og å jobbe aktivt for å fremme en kultur preget av lagånd, samarbeid og resultatfokus. Butikksjef skal sørge for at de ansatte får nødvendig opplæring innen service, produktkunnskap og omsetning.
Du har ansvar for at butikken følger sentralt fastsatte rammer for vareeksponering (i samarbeid med Visual Merchandiser), utstilling og markedsføring.
Du har erfaring fra servicebransjen, men din personlighet og interesse for Levi's og mennesker er minst like viktig.
