Du trives med kundekontakt og motiveres av å skape gode handleopplevelser. Du gir gjerne det lille ekstra for kundene og møter mennesker med positivitet, engasjement og serviceinnstilling. Som person tar du initiativ, er løsningsorientert og liker en aktiv arbeidshverdag. Du samarbeider godt med andre, bidrar til et godt arbeidsmiljø og trives med å jobbe mot tydelige mål og nøkkeltall. Samtidig har du sans for struktur og detaljer, og sørger for at butikken alltid fremstår innbydende og klar for kundene våre.
