Job Title: Butcher

Our client, a leading supplier of premium meat products in Melbourne, is seeking experienced Butchers to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cutting various types of meats to the highest quality standards while providing excellent customer service to clients.
Skills:
- Proven experience as a butcher
- Strong knowledge of meat preparation techniques
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cut various types of meats including beef, lamb, pork, chicken, and game meats
- Ensure all products meet the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in butchery
- Certification in food handling and safety preferred
