How You’ll Make An Impact
In the Busser/Stewardrole, you'll help create a seamless dining experience by keeping tables clean, resetting quickly, and supporting servers to ensure fast, friendly service for every guest. 

• Maintains continual upkeep of dining spaces, including entryways and all guest-facing spaces
• Stock service stations throughout the shift to include beverage and paper supplies
• Ensures the back of the house is clean and orderly
• Clean and sanitize related food preparation/serving items, equipment, and areas 
• Operate dishwasher, ensuring that items are loaded correctly
• Ensure proper cleanliness and temperature for washing & sanitizing is maintained with 3 sink compartment (manual system) and dishwasher system
• Maintain washing equipment in proper order, store cleaned, dried items and equipment in proper area
• Wash and sanitize all service ware, cookware, utensils, etc.
• Dispose of garbage and recycling in proper waste/recycling containers
• Assist cooks, servers, and bartenders during peak activity periods to help maintain proper inventory levels
• Assist with china, glass, and silver inventories

  What Success Looks Likes 

• Three months or more of restaurant experience preferred 
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive functions consistently, on-time and error-free
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Demonstrates a team player attitude
• Desire to add to a supportive and effective team
• Available and flexible to work Monday to Friday, Holidays, Weekend
• Able to work from 3:00 pm-11:00 pm or 4:00 pm- 12:00 am
• Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills 
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting  
• Reliability and honesty 
• Motivated to maintain an excellent customer service reputation
