Union Position: This position is part of the Local 25 Union which requires complete open availability. We cannot accommodate schedule restrictions and full-time hours are not guaranteed. Hours and schedule are based on seniority and business needs and may be minimal at times until seniority is established. You must be comfortable with a schedule and hours that may vary from week to week

Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work! As a Busser/Runner with Estuary, you’re not just maintaining supplies for food and beverage service – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Support exceptional dining experiences: Assist servers with table service by delivering food, beverages, bread service, and other guest requests while ensuring timely and attentive service
• Prepare and maintain dining areas: Set tables for service, replenish place settings, pour water, and ensure dining spaces are welcoming, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
• Keep service stations stocked and organized: Maintain designated food and beverage stations, ensuring supplies, tableware, and service items are fully stocked and readily available
• Clear and reset tables efficiently: Remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils, transport items to the dishwashing area, and quickly prepare tables for incoming guests
• Deliver friendly and responsive service: Respond to guest questions and requests promptly, helping to create a seamless and memorable dining experience
• Maintain quality and safety standards: Ensure tableware and service equipment are clean and in proper working condition while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
