UTILITY JOB DESCRIPTON
The Utility is responsible for: (1) helping to ensure guests receive excellent guest service by delivering food orders from the kitchen to guest tables quickly and accurately, (2) ensuring all plates are prepared and garnished correctly before delivering to tables, (3) maintaining the cleanliness of the expo line, (4) organizing the order tickets and communicating effectively with the back-of-the-house (“BOH”) team to ensure that food orders are prepared properly and efficiently, (5) cleaning and resetting tables after guests leave the restaurant, (6) ensuring the restaurant is stocked with clean silverware, plates and glasses, (7) supporting servers’ table service as directed by the servers and MOD, and (8) maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant and server stations.

Education
High School Diploma or GED equivalent optional
Experience
Minimum of one year’s experience in a fast-paced restaurant/bar
Age
Must be at least 18 years old.
Licenses or Certificates
ServSafe certification preferred
ABC Server Permit preferred
CPR certification and/or First Aid training preferred
